FELD-INSTITUTe and partners stand for sustainable systemic consulting

Currently, there are two FELD INSTITUTe in Cologne and Zurich and two FELD partners in Hanover and Vienna.


We work as consultants, coaches and therapists, trainers and lecturers. And we all were and are entrepreneurs, managing directors, and executives. This is the foundation of our experience.

We support individuals and companies in change processes and accompany executives in driving organizational and cultural transformations. We do this based on our expertise in connection-oriented structures for agility, customer-oriented collaboration, and innovative strength. Our training programs offer practice-oriented and systemic methodological skills for organizational, personnel, and personal development.

We are united by our commitment and the ability to look and think deeper, further, and outside the box. Honesty and humor hold a special place with us.
